Ethical Workforce

Ethical Workforce is a hospitality recruitment agency based in London, with what it describes as international reach. It recruits experienced professionals for restaurants, caterers, bars, hotels and venues, and handles permanent, temporary and contract staffing.

The company says it places candidates across the UK and worldwide within multiple sectors, and that it specialises in various contract and permanent business and executive roles. It says its consultants vet and shortlist all candidates before submission, drawing on its database of experienced candidates. Its office is on Borough High Street in London.

Ethical Workforce also supports the True Butterflies Foundation, a charity for survivors of domestic abuse, and sponsors a youth football team at the Shield Academy.
