Ethan Employment

Ethan Employment is a Canadian-owned staffing agency headquartered in Richmond Hill, Ontario. It recruits for clients in the United States and Canada, with a focus on permanent placements in corporate and warehouse roles. It also names administrative, manufacturing and warehousing work, general labour and elevating devices mechanics as areas it hires for.

The agency says its recruitment process covers screening, interviewing, background checking and final selection, and that it runs an on-demand recruitment team. Its other services include payroll with time card tracking, skill testing in software such as Excel, Word and Java, vehicle and machine operator licence checks, reference checks, police records checks and credit report checks. It also offers youth services and support for newcomers to Canada.

The company says its team has over 35 years of hiring success, and that it was set up out of frustration with the recruitment industry.
