Etech Hi

Etech Hi is a staffing and recruitment firm that places candidates exclusively in full-time permanent roles. It was founded in 2000 and says it has specialised in nationwide permanent placement for over 20 years. Its corporate office is in Murrieta, California.

The company began by placing technology professionals, with origins in engineering and Internet technology, and later expanded into other disciplines. Its industry list includes accounting and finance, healthcare and medical, construction, manufacturing, engineering, and electronics and IT. It serves employers from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations and states that it is not a temp agency.

Etech Hi works on a contingency basis, so clients pay only when they hire a candidate. It says its founders have a corporate executive and engineering background, and that it maintains an internal electronic database alongside access to other specialised sources. It also works one-on-one with job seekers interested in career advancement.
