ETC LTD

ETC LTD, which presents itself as Enterprise and Training Company (ETC), is a not-for-profit recruitment agency and provider of employment, training and business services. It has operated since 1989 and was established in Coffs Harbour, which is now its head office. It provides services along the east coast of Australia, from the NSW Hunter region to Bundaberg in Queensland, and in inland New South Wales around the New England North West region.

The company delivers government-funded programs including Workforce Australia, Inclusive Employment Australia, Parent Pathways and the Skills for Education and Employment program, helping job seekers into work and helping employers find staff. It has local recruitment teams in areas such as the Gold Coast, Mid North Coast, Somerset and Wivenhoe. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 6998), it delivers nationally recognised training in community services, including aged care and disability, as well as hospitality, business and retail. It also offers traineeships and a pathway into a Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship.

ETC says it has helped 130,101 people find jobs since 1989, and that it reinvests its profits into the communities where it operates.
