Estate Agency Recruiters

Estate Agency Recruiters is a specialist recruitment firm serving the property sector, with a focus on estate agency. It recruits permanent staff for sales, lettings and administrative roles, and says all of its roles are based in London.

The firm was started in 2020, during lockdown, by a founder who turned a background in estate agency into a recruitment business. It says it has almost two decades of experience in the property sector. It says it puts forward vetted candidates who have expressed specific interest in the opportunity, and that it agrees timescales with employers for every stage, from CV submission to interview scheduling and offer management.

The company is based in West Sussex.
