EST10 is a boutique recruitment agency based in Sydney that recruits in Sydney and Melbourne. It was established in 2010 by Roxanne Calder, its Founder and Managing Director, after more than 20 years of experience in global recruitment roles.

The agency recruits for office and administrative roles, including executive assistants, admin assistants, receptionists, office managers, marketing coordinators, HR assistants, accounts assistants and chief of staff roles. It also fills private roles such as private personal assistants, family office assistants and UHNW assistants. It places temporary, contract and permanent staff.

EST10 says it matches candidates on skills, values, personalities and dreams rather than the words on a CV alone, and uses seven attributes of employability in interviews. Its office is in Sydney's CBD. It recruits beyond the Sydney CBD, including Parramatta, North Sydney, Ryde, Sutherland Shire and Western Sydney, and has clients in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and New Zealand. A London operation also works with Australians looking to return home.
