eSquared

eSquared is a Melbourne-based recruitment, career coaching and training business working Australia-wide. It was founded by Erika Turnley, its Founder and Director, who has spent more than 14 years on the hiring side of recruitment.

The recruitment service places permanent, contract and executive candidates across seven-plus sectors, including accounting and finance, healthcare and allied health, government and public sector, professional services, manufacturing and operations, and not-for-profit. It charges a flat fee rather than a percentage. Executive search is also offered.

Alongside recruitment, eSquared provides one-on-one career coaching and Job Market Mastery, a 19-module self-paced program for job seekers that runs from resumes and LinkedIn to interviews and salary negotiation. Universities, TAFEs, RTOs, LLENs and not-for-profits can license the program. It also runs redundancy support workshops for staff leaving an organisation, and bespoke workshops and webinars.
