ESE Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. It says it has provided executive search, permanent, contract and temporary recruitment since 2001 to small, medium and large enterprise clients. It also offers HR and payroll services, including interstate hiring, hiring in New Zealand and psychometric appraisals, as well as training.

The agency specialises in construction and the built environment, engineering, science and technical roles, and sales. Its construction work covers commercial, residential and civil construction, mining and resources construction, local government, project management consultancy, and building surveying, certification and assessment. It also recruits sales professionals across all industries.

It works nationally, in regional and metropolitan areas, and says it has city and country based offices. It is a member of the RCSA. Mark Berthelsen has been a director since 2004, and Matt Johnson is a founding partner. A sister company, ESE Consulting, is run in regional Victoria by Johnson's sisters.
