About the Agency
ERP Resource Base is a specialist SAP recruitment consultancy, founded in 2006 and headquartered in London. It recruits SAP professionals exclusively, placing consultants on short and long term assignments, with a focus on contract engagements. Its candidates cover all SAP modules and levels of full lifecycle experience, and it works on a contingency basis.
The company says it has particular expertise in the Retail and Energy sectors, while its clients operate across a wide range of industries. It uses a proprietary assessment method called PREnalysis®, which it says focuses on the top 25% of professionals in the market. It reports more than two decades of SAP recruitment experience and an international network of SAP professionals.
Clients are supported through the recruitment lifecycle, including SAP staffing, project delivery, and local and international tax and compliance requirements. The company describes itself as a Certified Minority-Owned Business and says its recruitment services are fully audited and insurance-backed.
