Eris

Eris is a workforce solutions provider for Australia's energy and defence industries. Its services cover recruitment, mobilisation, roster management, training, payroll and industrial relations. It also offers personnel logistics, including transport, transfers and accommodation, and rope access for inspection, maintenance and repairs. It works on offshore construction, hookup and commissioning, decommissioning, maintenance, defence and renewable energy projects.

Eris is built on Kuiper Australia, a business in workforce and logistics support for over a decade, and it says the leadership and operational standards are the same. It reports more than 15 years' experience supplying personnel to large Australian projects.

For defence work, Eris describes itself as veteran-owned and Australian-managed. It supplies security-cleared personnel holding Maritime Security Identification Cards, and trades such as welders, fitters and electricians. It has offices in Perth, Sale in Victoria, and Singapore, and operates under ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
