ERG Recruitment

ERG Recruitment is a boutique recruitment consultancy that describes itself as 100% New Zealand owned and operated. It was set up in 2008 by John and Fiona Harland, who say they have worked together in the recruitment industry for over 25 years.

The company provides permanent and temporary recruitment, and says it also takes on contract requirements. Its areas of work are executive management, freight and logistics, warehousing and manufacturing, administration and customer service, accounting and finance, and sales and marketing. It also lists outsourced solutions among its services. It works with New Zealand businesses and with jobseekers.

It names offices in Auckland and Wellington, and also says it works remotely and no longer has a physical office.
