Er Recruitment

Er Recruitment is a recruitment business based in Leicester. It was founded by Eileen Perry (Richards) MBE, who worked in a large corporate recruitment firm and became its managing director by the age of thirty before starting her own company. The company says it has been connecting people in business since September 2013.

It works with both employers and candidates. It says it takes time to understand a company's culture and needs, and what drives each candidate in their career. It also recruits at senior level for business critical positions, and runs a separate section for executive jobs and executive candidates.

Er Recruitment works with Breedon Consulting so that clients can also use HR, learning and development services. It supports community projects in the East Midlands, including a work experience programme for De Montfort University students, and Eileen Perry continues as managing director.
