Equitas Staffing

Equitas Staffing is a specialist education recruitment business that connects schools in the UK and internationally with teaching, leadership and support staff. It places people on temporary and permanent contracts and in leadership roles, from short-term and same-day cover to senior leadership.

The company says it places qualified teachers across EYFS, Primary, Secondary and FE, as well as SEN specialists, teaching assistants, cover supervisors, administrative staff and school leaders. Support staff range from caretakers to kitchen staff. It has separate teams for permanent, temporary, international and SEND recruitment. Candidates are not charged fees.

Equitas Staffing is based in London and says it covers every region of the UK, including London, the Midlands, the South East, the South West, Yorkshire, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. International appointments are handled by its division in Dubai. It reports more than 700 partner schools, more than 32,000 registered candidates and an average placement time of 3 days.
