EPC Search

EPC Search, short for European Personnel Counsellors, is an executive search and recruitment firm based in Utrecht. It was founded in 1979 with a focus on executive search in ICT and grew towards industry in the mid-1980s. The company offers management and executive search, headhunting and specialist recruitment.

It has since specialised in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, industrial and process automation, installation technology, data and telecom, and rail and infrastructure engineering. It fills commercial roles, from sales staff to commercial directors, project roles such as project leaders, project managers and engineers, production roles from work planners to production directors, and management positions from mid-level to top management.

The company says it works with an extensive intake, in-depth interviews and its own selection method. It also says it holds a database of candidates and employs senior consultants with hands-on industry experience.
