EPC Consulting is an executive search and professional recruitment firm based on the Sunshine Coast and working across Australia. It recruits professional and technical talent in the built form and infrastructure sectors, with a focus on engineering, construction and property. The firm describes itself as originating from Melbourne.

Kelly Stubbs founded the firm in 2021 and is its director, after close to two decades of recruiting technical and non-technical professionals in these sectors. Its search work uses a market map built for each assignment, and shortlisted candidates are presented to clients for interview. It also runs strategic recruitment planning sessions with clients and supports candidates through market research, interview and resignation.
