Envision Labour Hire is a labour hire and recruitment business based in Auckland. It was founded in July 2019 by Sam, who noticed a gap in the market for reliable workers while working on a construction site, and it first served the construction industry. Helen joined in 2022 in an administrative role, and she and Sam remain involved in the daily running of the business.
The company supplies temporary, permanent and project-based staff to Auckland businesses in trades and labour, warehousing and logistics, production and manufacturing, events and hospitality, and admin and business support. Roles include general labourers, carpenters, electricians, forklift operators, machine operators, bar staff and receptionists. It also helps job seekers find work.
Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager. The company says it pre-screens candidates, equips them with PPE and tools, and puts them through a health and safety induction. It moved into an office in Auckland CBD in 2023.
