Envision Education

Envision Education is an education recruitment company founded in 2014 by Balraj Guraya. It describes itself as a specialist supply teaching agency based in London, with its office in Brentford, and supplies staff to primary, secondary and SEND schools. It says it works with hundreds of schools.

The agency recruits teachers, teaching assistants, SEND support staff, behaviour and learning mentors, cover supervisors, nursery nurses, early years specialists and senior leadership professionals. It also places non-teaching school staff such as admin and finance assistants, welfare officers and business managers.

It works with schools across all of the London boroughs and the Home Counties of Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. It was awarded REC Education Audited status in 2022 and offers CPD courses to its candidates.
