Envisage Recruitment

Envisage Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy that works with OEMs, medium enterprises and start-ups globally, filling contractor and permanent specialist roles. It says it has been recruiting for over 15 years. Its services cover permanent and contract recruitment, interim management, full retained, headhunting, executive search and bespoke recruitment solutions.

Its specialisms are automotive, design and engineering, logistics, supply chain and transport, aerospace and defence, future tech and AI, and commercial and operations roles, though it says it is equally happy working on any role in any market. It runs job searches for the UK and Europe and for the USA.

Envisage Recruitment is part of Envisage Group, established in 2009, with three sites in Coventry, UK and an international footprint in the US. The group also includes Envisage Concept Design & Engineering and Envisage Technologies, which provide concept design, realisation and engineering services, with most of their work in automotive. When OEMs or start-ups using the group's studios need a project team, the recruitment business fills those roles from its database or through other search methods. It has offices in Coventry and Newark, California.
