Envertiz Consultancy is a recruitment agency founded in 2014 by Febin Cyriac, who trained as a nurse. The business is registered in Scotland as Envertiz Consultancy Limited, and it says it is headquartered there with a presence in India and the UAE. It has offices in Aberdeen, Cochin and Dubai.

The agency's main focus is placing overseas nurses and allied health professionals with healthcare employers, including NHS Trusts, private hospitals and private care homes in the UK, and with employers in Ireland and Australia. It says it is owned and managed by nurses and can deliver international nurses within a 12-week programme. Its stated sectors of expertise are healthcare, engineering, construction, IT, education, transportation and food and beverages.

Alongside recruitment, the company trains candidates in CBT, OSCE and manual handling, supports nurses applying for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, and provides immigration services. Its VisaRoots service covers skilled worker, health and care, dependant, visitor and student visas, and it reports handling over 2,000 UK visas in eight years.
