EnPas Group

EnPas Group is a professional search and recruiting firm based in Alpharetta, GA. It was founded in 2019 by Craig Fouts, who says he has 25 years of experience in recruiting and workforce solutions. The name comes from the aim of making sure people's work engages their purpose and passion.

The firm works with professionals and executives looking for their next role, and with employers hiring them. For every search it produces an employer playbook for candidates, covering the future manager, organisation chart and company articles, and a candidate playbook for employers, covering qualifications, career aspirations and personal information shared by the candidate. It also offers a career consultant service, with individual career consultations, optionally with a life coach, and job placements. It says candidates placed through it receive a share of the placement fee.
