Enlighten Talent is a recruitment and talent acquisition business based in Wellington that works nationwide in New Zealand. It was started by Nicola van Heerden and works mainly with small New Zealand businesses. It says it keeps its client numbers small.

Clients can use it for consulting and advice, a talent acquisition strategy, search, the recruitment of a single role or recruitment for an entire project. It positions itself as an on demand talent acquisition manager for businesses that do not have an in-house specialist. Its process covers advertising copy and placement, search, screening and interviewing, shortlisting, interview support, testing, background and reference checks, offers and post placement follow-up.

It also runs training and workshops on interviewing, and seminars for students and early career candidates. Van Heerden reports more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, leadership and consulting, including managing a specialist division for a large multinational agency. She says she has worked across just about every sector.
