Elizabeth Norman International

Elizabeth Norman International, known as ENI, is a London recruitment agency that recruits only for the insight profession, covering research and analytics. It was founded in 1989 by Liz Norman, who remains founder and CEO.

Its consultants specialise across qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, healthcare and public-sector insight. It works with consultancies, agencies and brands on leadership mandates and team growth. Services include permanent hires, from focused shortlists to full market searches for senior roles, temporary and contract specialists for projects and cover, and ongoing recruitment support when several hires are ahead.

The company says its team has more than 100 years of combined market expertise. It publishes salary reports and runs a census of insight professionals, which about 1,000 people answered in 2024/25. It is a member of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies and The Recruitment Network, and is a Crown Commercial Service supplier.
