Engage People

Engage People is a recruitment agency based in Dublin, formed in 2016. Its founder, Paul McClatchie, set it up after 15 years recruiting in the Dublin and Sydney financial markets, including 10 years at Cpl Resources Plc, where he was a Director overseeing its financial and legal recruitment business.

The agency recruits across five strands: accounting, banking and financial services, insurance, real estate and property, and technology. It serves Ireland's financial, technology and real estate sectors, and its founder recruits at CFO and Finance Director levels.

Its services include contingency search, a fuller exclusive search, and executive search that adds market mapping and psychometric assessment of candidates. It also offers talent as a service (TaaS), a digital applicant process management service, and temporary contract staffing.
