EnergyRelations e.K. is a boutique consultancy for Personalvermittlung and recruiting in the energy industry. For 21 years it has supported companies in the energy markets of the D-A-CH region in their search for energy talent, filling key positions with people who give the right impetus to a client's new energy world. The firm runs two service lines. Expert Search and Executive Search uses its long experience in direct Personalvermittlung to support employers filling new and vacant positions. Talent Attraction, which it calls crossmediales Recruiting, addresses sustainable employer branding, digital recruiting tools and an appreciative application process, or candidate journey, and puts clients in front of candidates through its own media, the job markets energycareer.net and energie-stellenmarkt.com and the careers magazine energie karriere.

The energy sector is the firm's only market, and it argues that new competencies are now required there. The digital and sustainable transformation of the energy sector, together with grid expansion, sector coupling and new business fields such as metering, heat energy and the hydrogen market, is changing what employers need from their people. EnergyRelations specialises in finding experts and executives who will actively shape the energy of the future, with a focus on engineers and energy managers in every part of a business, whether at a grid operator, a Stadtwerk, an energy supplier, an energy service provider, or among the established players and newcomers in renewable energy.

The consultancy is based at Vorderer Anger 221 in Landsberg and serves employers throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Clients come to it for the combination of two decades of specialist search in one industry and a media platform that reaches energy professionals directly, so that a search brief and an employer branding campaign can be run by the same partner.
