About the Agency
Encore IT Services is an ICT and digital contract recruitment agency based in Monash, Canberra. It describes itself as a medium-sized specialist that supplies ICT contractors solely to Commonwealth Government clients. It says it has been in operation since 2002 and is a family-owned business.
The company reports that it currently has 200 contractors placed in over 40 government departments and organisations. Alongside placements, it prepares responses to clients' Requests for Quotation and offers advice on preparing resumes and selection criteria responses, as well as proofreading.
Encore says it discloses all its fees, and it offers discounted rates when clients bring their own job to it.
