Emprendelanza

Emprendelanza is the Asociación de Empresarios y Emprendedores de Lanzarote, a company that combines vocational training with employment services. Its training offer includes formación gratuita delivered in Lanzarote, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and La Palma, formación bonificada for employers, free online courses and in person courses, and competencias clave gratuitas that give learners direct access to certificados de profesionalidad at levels 2 and 3. Learners study through a campus virtual as well as face to face, and dedicated course programmes are published for unemployed people.

Alongside training, Emprendelanza runs an agencia de colocación authorised by the Servicio Canario de Empleo under number 0500000054. The placement service offers free personalised advice and guidance, publishes ofertas de empleo and provides separate contact routes for the agencia de colocación, for empresas and for job seekers, under the promise that the organisation will look for work on the candidate's behalf. Its stated purpose is to contribute to the cultural, social and economic development of society and the environment by developing the capabilities of individuals, and its professional activity centres on studying training needs, developing content and delivering teaching that combines high academic value with an eminently practical character.

The company operates from two sedes. The Lanzarote office is at C/ La Inés, 35 in Arrecife, and the Tenerife office is at C/ Celia Cruz, 6-8 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, each with its own email address.
