Empowered Personnel

Empowered Personnel is a multi-sector recruitment agency based in Coventry. It recruits for vacancies across the West Midlands and works with employers and job-seekers throughout Coventry, the West Midlands and beyond.

Its work is organised into driving, industrial, engineering and commercial sectors. Driving covers logistics roles such as delivery drivers, transport managers and warehouse staff. Industrial covers skilled and unskilled roles in manufacturing, production, warehousing and supply chain, from production operatives to maintenance technicians. Engineering covers engineers, technicians and welders, and commercial covers office roles including administrative support, customer service, sales and management.

The agency fills temporary and permanent vacancies, including short and long-term contracts. It says it supplies temporary workers to some of the largest and most recognised brands in the UK across the Midlands region. Candidates can register online or in person at its Coventry office.
