EmployHQ

EmployHQ is a staffing agency based in Greensboro, North Carolina, serving the Triad area and clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. It places candidates in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, distribution, skilled trades, administrative and construction roles, from entry-level employees to department heads.

Its services are temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire and payrolling, where a client's employees are placed on the agency's payroll. Temp-to-hire lets a client assess a worker's skills on the job before making an offer, while direct hire covers sourcing, screening and interviewing full-time candidates.

EmployHQ was founded by Kendra Clabo, who spent more than 20 years in the staffing industry before creating the company. She says it was set up to meet continued demand for hiring solutions and to offer job seekers a more personal experience.
