Employal is a commercial recruitment agency based in Leicester, in the East Midlands, that supports hiring campaigns throughout the UK. Its founder, Jen Keane, has worked in the industry for over 15 years, rising from apprentice to director. It recruits for office and administration, customer service, sales, marketing, and accountancy and finance roles.

It works with clients ranging from small businesses to large blue-chip organisations, across sectors that include marketing agencies, metal merchants, contact centres and spas. It describes itself as a consultancy rather than a traditional agency. Its process includes first interviews by phone or video, in-person interviews with the client, and handling feedback, offers and the first weeks of a new hire's employment.
