Employ Partners is a locally owned, woman-owned staffing agency serving Metro Atlanta and North Georgia, with offices in Kennesaw and Jasper. It was founded by CEO Larkin Dailey, a Georgia native who began her staffing career in 1996.

The company works through specialised divisions for office professional, light industrial, and event and convention staffing. It fills roles in light industrial and warehouse work, manufacturing and production, administrative and clerical posts, customer service and call centres, accounting and finance, and human resources. Its office professional team says it has more than 65 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, and that division focuses on Kennesaw, Marietta, Smyrna, Atlanta and Perimeter.

For employers it provides temporary and contract staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire and payrolling, along with add-on services such as criminal background checks, drug testing and skills assessments. Job seekers are not charged for its services.
