EMPLOY

EMPLOY is an Australian-owned recruitment business with its head office in North Sydney. It says it has been recruiting for 30 years, and it provides services to all states and territories in Australia. Jodie McGrath is its Managing Director.

The company recruits for all industries and job levels, but names financial services, the mortgage sector, not for profit organisations, business services and call centres as its specialist areas. Roles it places include mortgage processing, credit and collections staff, banking operations staff and financial advisers, call centre team leaders and operators, campaign managers, support workers, social workers and counsellors, and software and application programmers.

Beyond recruitment it offers recruitment process outsourcing and managed vendor services, candidate onboarding, and payroll and HR advisory. Every candidate undergoes skills testing, psychometric testing and background screening, with ProbityPeople as its screening partner. It also keeps a register of candidates for short term temporary roles. It is a member or sponsor of the Recruitment Consulting and Staffing Association and the Australian Human Resources Institute.
