Emplicity Search

Emplicity Search is a recruitment firm that provides recruiting services to both employers and job seekers. It is based in Irvine, California. Its Director of Recruiting, Brandy Burbridge, provides full life-cycle recruiting to clients in Southern California and nationwide.

The firm works under two models. With Hourly Search, the client authorises a block of hours of full-cycle recruiting at an hourly rate, can extend or stop the hours at any time, and pays no additional placement fee once a candidate is hired. With Contingent Search, the firm takes on the risk of a difficult search and is paid only when a candidate is hired, with the fee based on a percentage of the placement's annual salary. It says this option suits technically complex job requirements and specific skill sets, and it offers a pro-rata refund policy.

Emplicity Search also works with employers on employer branding and social media presence, charged at an hourly rate.
