Empirical Search

Empirical Search is a specialist recruitment agency covering the Treasury, Financial Risk Oversight and Finance markets. It was founded in 2015 by Jack Woodlock and is based in London.

It recruits for the Treasury and Risk divisions of financial services and corporate companies, and for consultancies and audit or advisory firms that serve those areas. It works between Analyst and Managing Director level, on both contingent and retained search terms, and places permanent and interim staff. The process covers advertising and searching through to negotiating, on-boarding and aftercare. Candidates are offered advice on career decisions, CV writing and interview preparation.

The company originally focused on the European market and says it now works on a global remit.
