Empire Partnership

Empire Partnership is a specialist recruitment consultancy serving clients across the UK, EMEA and USA in the built environment. It recruits in fire engineering, data centres and mission-critical infrastructure, construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, facilities management and real estate. It works with candidates and with employers, offering specialist search and market insight, and describes its approach as headhunting-led.

The company works with the consultancies, contractors and operators in these sectors, and each area it covers is led by a consultant who works in that sector. Andreas Demetriou is Managing Director.

Empire Partnership says it has made more than 400 placements since 2017, that its team has over 30 years of combined experience, and that it has more than 50,000 candidates in its network. It has a London office at Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus.
