Emerald Lane Recruitment is a recruitment and executive search firm that works only with cannabis companies. It offers permanent recruitment, executive search and a fractional recruiter service for companies hiring three or more roles, and describes itself as a recruitment and HR firm. Around mergers and acquisitions it offers a mix of temporary staff, permanent roles and fractional leadership.

Its clients include start-ups, scale-ups, regional expansions and MSOs across the cannabis supply chain. It says it has worked with clients in at least 14 countries and is building a team of recruiters on the ground in North American, European, South American and Southeast Asian markets.

The global head office is in Toronto, with further offices in Chicago, Lisbon and Bogotá. Stephanie Pow founded the firm and is its Head of Global Recruitment. The firm says she has worked in the cannabis sector for more than eight years.
