Emea Recruitment is a professional services recruitment specialist working in Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Nordics and the wider EMEA region. It recruits at mid to senior level in Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement and Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology and Transformation. Its Finance Leadership team in the Netherlands works on senior requirements such as CFOs, Heads of Finance and Finance Directors.

Paul and Kelly Toms founded the company in 2007, initially focusing on Finance and Accountancy recruitment. Human Resources recruitment was added in 2013, and Procurement and Supply Chain and Operations divisions followed in 2015. A Nordics division opened in 2023 with an office in Stockholm.

The company has offices in Luzern, Amsterdam, Wrocław and Nottingham. It recruits on permanent, contract, temporary and interim terms and offers executive search. It also offers an exclusive search model, in which a client partners with one consultancy on a specific hiring project.
