Emco Talent

Emco Talent is a recruitment business that advises and supports growing businesses on attracting, recruiting and retaining staff. It places full-time employees, including candidates who are on and off the market, and provides contract resource to clients across Europe. It also offers executive search, using a network of executive candidates across multiple sectors to fill leadership roles.

Project support is a significant part of its work. The team says it has an extensive background supporting multi-million and multi-billion Euro projects globally, within engineering and construction sectors including pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data centre and oil and gas. It recruits across the project life cycle, from engineering and design to construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance.

The company says it has helped SMEs and global organisations develop attraction and retention strategies, covering graduate schemes, opening new locations and executive hires.
