Ellis King

Ellis King is a Melbourne-based firm providing executive search, permanent recruitment, professional contracting and human resources consulting. It also runs an executive career development service for recently displaced executives.

The company serves the construction, defence, energy, oil and gas, engineering, ICT, infrastructure, manufacturing and mining sectors. It says it has over 50 years of experience in human resources, executive search and talent alignment, and that it finds candidates for organisations across Australia, North and South America, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

Its executive search work covers executive candidates and technical specialists for roles in Australia and internationally. The research team sources candidates through market mapping and social media platforms. Its database includes people who are not actively seeking work and holds salary information used to benchmark remuneration.
