About the Agency
Ellaby Chamberlain Limited is a boutique legal recruitment agency that places lawyers at all levels with US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international and boutique law firms worldwide. It works with law firms as clients and with lawyers as candidates, and it also helps lawyers who are moving internationally.
The company was co-founded in 2022 by Andrew Ellaby and Zach Chamberlain. Ellaby previously recruited for law firms at Hays and Eximius, including as head of the Eximius Hong Kong office, while Chamberlain began his career as a lawyer in New Zealand and later worked at Clifford Chance in London. Other members of the team have also worked as lawyers in private practice.
Ellaby Chamberlain is based in London, on Great Portland Street, and supports a network of law firms and lawyers across the London market.
