It began as a home-based startup in New York and now supplies IT and engineering professionals to organisations across the United States. It is headquartered in Ronkonkoma, New York, with offices in Virginia, Florida, Illinois, Texas, Pennsylvania, Indiana and North Carolina.

Its main sectors are healthcare IT, aerospace and defence, government and commercial enterprise. It also recruits for automotive, financial IT, legal enterprise, medical device, media and broadcasting, power and energy, and telecommunications clients.

It offers contract staffing and direct placement, along with flexible engagement structures such as contract-to-hire, staff augmentation, subcontracting and SOW arrangements.
