Karolina then moved to a large International recruitment agency where she recruited for administrative and accounts roles winning many recruitment awards along the way. After her transfer to Sydney, Australia she worked for a boutique recruitment agency recruiting for roles in operations, clerical support, accounts and management. Karolina has worked with Elias Recruitment for over 10 years.
