Its staffing teams supply temporary and permanent staff, including registered nurses, healthcare assistants, health professionals and clinical consultants in radiology, endoscopy, outpatient clinics and surgical operations. Separate teams cover radiography and sonography, and the permanent placement of audiologists and hearing aid dispensers across the UK. It also designs and manages complex care packages in the community for local authorities.

For NHS trusts, it provides consultant-led, fully managed insourcing services, including on evenings and weekends, to help reduce waiting lists. A new leadership team took over in 2024. The company says it was awarded Elite Status on the Priory Group compliance audit at 99.12% and Platinum Status on the HTE Framework audit at 99.84%.
