Elevate Recruitment is a specialist business to business recruitment agency based on the Gold Coast. It works with employers and professionals across Australia, including on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

The agency fills permanent and contract roles, full time and part time, and says it recruits for all job roles within its sectors, from junior to senior executive board level. Those sectors include financial services, accounting, information technology, sales, human resources, marketing and communications, advertising and media, telecommunications, travel and tourism, call centre and customer service, and body corporate and facilities management. Work is done on a contingency basis, so clients pay only if a placement is made, and a replacement is found at no extra charge if a new hire does not work out within an agreed timeframe.
