About the Agency
Elevait Solutions, which also trades as ElevaIT, is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned staffing and workforce solutions company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. It supplies candidates for permanent hires and offers scalable staffing solutions. Its recruiting team focuses on sourcing and placing talent in non-technical roles.
The company builds its offer around diversity, equity and inclusion hiring. It says it uses proprietary machine-learning technology to identify underrepresented talent pools, and that it draws on over 20 years of experience. It also says a portion of its proceeds goes to an in-house initiative helping veterans enter the workforce.
Jordan Litsky is the founder and CEO. Staff work remotely, which the company says keeps it decentralised and local to its customer base. It says an expansion into India is underway.
