Element

Element is a German recruitment consultancy that fills roles in Finance and Banking, SAP, IT, Engineering and Healthcare. Founded in 2010, it places specialists and managers in key positions across the D-A-CH region, for both permanent employment and freelance projects.

The company says its team has more than 30 staff, spread across offices in Frankfurt, Dresden and Plauen. Its Finance and Banking work includes banking IT, and in SAP it recruits in areas such as FI/CO, SD/MM/PP and ABAP.

Clients can choose direct search, in which suitable candidates are approached proactively (headhunting), or success-based search. The latter comes as exclusive search, appointment search for freelancers only, and non-exclusive basic search, with payment only on success. Element agrees the role and candidate profile with the client, searches its network and the wider market, interviews candidates and coordinates the meetings.
