EJ Legal

EJ Legal is a specialist legal recruitment agency working with law firms and businesses in London, the Middle East and internationally. It was founded in 1992 and says it has spent more than 30 years building relationships across the legal market. Its consultants are experienced legal recruiters and former lawyers.

The agency has four practices. Partner recruitment began in 1992 within private practice, followed by associate recruitment in 1998 and in-house recruitment in 1999, which supports legal teams across financial services, commerce and industry. A paralegal and document review practice launched in 2017 and provides permanent, temporary and project-based legal support to law firms and in-house teams.

Its clients include UK and international law firms, from global and US firms to specialist boutiques, as well as businesses across financial services, commerce and industry. EJ Legal is based in London. In 2021 it launched a sister company, Dandi, which focuses on contextual recruitment, targeted recruitment and social mobility initiatives.
