EGM Partners, short for Edwin George Merchant and Partners, is a South Australian owned executive search and recruitment firm based in Adelaide. It offers permanent recruitment and contracting services, as well as executive search, board search and interim placements, and says it has over ten years of experience in recruitment.

Its advisers recruit in accounting and finance, HR and business support, legal, technology and transformation, and engineering and construction, and it also runs a program and volume recruitment service. The firm says its executive search and interim management team has made key senior appointments across Australia, London and Europe, and that it has worked with clients from family owned SME businesses to some of the largest organisations in the world.

EGM Partners also provides HR consulting, recruitment process outsourcing and organisational development services, and runs The Catalyst Project. Yasmine Johnson and Mark Johnson are named as founders and partners.
