EFT Winston Ltd.

EFT Winston Ltd. is a boutique search and recruitment firm that introduces specialist candidates in finance and accounting, commercial finance, corporate finance and professional services. Its Birmingham office covers the UK, with a focus on the Midlands and the North of England. It also gives an office address in Mayfair, London. The EFT in the name abbreviates the names of the founders.

For most mid-career positions it works on a contingency basis, and says most of its roles are exclusive. Its search methods include headhunting, networking, advertising and third-party partnering, and it uses technical partners, who are industry specialists that interview relevant CVs. For sensitive roles, including top management, it offers executive search, and these roles are never advertised.

In finance and accounting it works with government entities, large corporates, family-led businesses and SMEs, placing people such as CFOs and finance directors. Its professional services work covers candidates from Associate to Partner level. It also offers HR outsourcing to clients and profile development to candidates.
