About the Agency
Eflex Recruiting is a recruiting firm based in Houston, Texas. It was founded in 2003 as a full-service recruiting firm and originally operated as Employer Flexible. It first met the staffing and professional talent needs of Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the Houston market.
In 2006 the company entered the PEO market and began offering HR solutions to companies across Texas. Its services are RPO, professional search, staffing, sourcing, consulting and research. Its consultants start by getting to know a client's company and its recruiting pain points, then design a strategy that fits the client's business goals. The company says it has diversified the markets it serves and added expertise in new fields over the years.
