Edward Jacobs

Edward Jacobs is an employee-owned, boutique recruitment firm specialising in accounting and finance. It was founded by David Chambers, initially to serve clients in Australia, New Zealand and the US, and says it was established in 2019. The firm began in a home office and relocated as its client base grew in the Sydney and London CBDs.

It focuses on permanent positions, both part-time and full-time, with large listed businesses, from boutique public practice firms to the mid-tiers and the Big 4. Roles run from cadet to partner level across business services, audit, SMSF, insolvency, forensics and corporate tax. It also places financial accounting staff in sectors including financial services and banking, technology, media, retail, construction and property, education and health care. Legal, and engineering and construction, are also listed among its sectors.

Edward Jacobs works with international multinationals and local businesses. It has offices in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, the US and Canada, and works with clients across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
